Does your child think English is difficult? Boring? Downright horrible?

Join me on January 4th at 16:00 (CEST) for a parent-child storybook workshop, where we will convince you and your little one that learning English can be amazing fun!

"Mom no! Please don't make me go to my English lesson!"

How many times have you heard this sentence?

This is the last thing you want to hear when you come home from a long day at work.

As a goal-oriented parent who recognises the importance of English, you want your child to be able to speak comfortably and not feel stressed out when they have to use English in their adult lives.

So how on earth can you convince your little one that English is actually useful? Join me on Zoom on January 4th at 16:00 to learn how!

What if there was another way for your child to learn English?

What if there was some kind of magical pill that you could give them to have them singing little English jingles all day long (Baby Shark, anyone?)

Well, dear parent, there isn’t a magical pill, but there is definitely a way.

When kids are having fun, they don’t even realize that they’re learning something new.

And that, my dear parent, is how we get your child speaking in English.

Introducing the Language Lights Workshop!

Girl Reading and Laughing

Turn, "Noo, not English class again" into "Mom, when's my next lesson?"

During this sparkly storybook session, you and your child will see that learning English can actually be fun!

Learning through storybooks with pictures allows children to feel more confident in their abilities to understand English - even if they don't understand all the words, they can still follow the story thanks to the pictures and the constant repetition of sounds and words.

Real communication

Through reading the story and interacting with me and other children in English, your child will see that they are capable of interacting in another language , and this will motivate them to try again the next time they have the chance to "speak" with someone in English.

Practical application

Learning through stories shows children that English has a tangible application to their lives. Stories spike curiosity, and children want to understand, no matter what language the story is in. This shows them that English can be useful to them, even at their young age!

Inclusive learning method

Children learn in many different ways, which is why standardized education methods don't always work. Through listening, looking at pictures, as well as reading and writing about the story, every child's learning styles will be addressed, leavning no one behind!

So what's in it for you and your child?

A 30-45 session of English fun dedicated just to the children: your child will learn key vocabulary words, read a winter story with me, and learn a winter poem!

A 30-45 minute session dedicated to parents: you will learn how you can use stories and games to help your child learn English at home, without having to force or bribe them.

Your child will receive a super cute themed workbook  to support their learning throughout the session.

You will receive a list of  20 fun online English learning resources that you can use at home with your child.

You will have the chance to ask me - LIVE ON ZOOM - any questions you have concerning your child's English learning.

You will receive a recording of the workshop so that you can reread the story with your child or share it with friends and family.

Set aside 75 to 90 minutes for the workshop. Half of the time will be dedicated solely to your child, and the other half to guiding you through applying this method at home. If you can't be present for the whole session, you can watch the recording so you don't miss anything!

You don't have to believe me, but here's what my students are saying about my method.
